New Upgrade Request System
Hello everyone,
We receive numerous requests for upgrades each and every day. In order to help expedite the process, we have added a system within Mission Control that will allow you to choose what resources you would like to upgrade and generate a prorated invoice for the upgrade.
To access this new system, login to Mission Control and select Upgrade Server under the Billing menu.
This will list all of your servers and the available resource upgrades. Upon submission, a prorated invoice will be generated and a ticket opened on your behalf.
All upgrades are assigned within 12 hours of receiving payment.
